Kermit the Frog wasn’t the only one who loved rainbows…we all should!  That is, we should all eat foods that are the colors of the rainbow.  Blueberries, strawberries, eggplant, kale, broccoli, squash and carrots – anything colorful and fresh is for the most part, very healthy!  As Dr. Oz always says, “Food is medicine”, so take your medicine!
